Happy Wishes

Hello everyone! I hope evryone isn't suffering too bad in this HOT weather! We actually are having a "bit of a cold spell" here in the south, it's only 92 outside today. I made this card for the Birthday Sundaes challenge # 19. You can check out their blog by clicking on the button on the right hand side of my blog. All the cuts were made from Simply Charmed. I did a little inkin' and poppin', and used some bakers twine that my friend Joy gave me to hang the pennants. The sentiment on the dot on the cake was hand stamped and the one on the pennants are some alphabet stickers that I got at Joanns 1/2 off. I embossed the background with Swiss Dots and turned the frosting upside down to make it look more like a frosted border. This was a fun card to make, even if I must have changed my mind about it a dozen times or more! Don't you hate it when you can't make up your mind about a certain element in the design!GRRRRR!
