Very Merry

Hello everyone!
Just a quick share with one last Christmas card. I am baking and making candy today for tomorrow night. I can't believe that the year is almost gone! It seems to go by faster each year.
This card was made with the Snowflake Thinlits die from S.U. I did go back and add some small snowflakes all over the card because I thought it looked too plain, and I love how it turned out!
I want to wish all of you a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I will be back after New Year's, and start on "Birthday Season" which is fast approaching!
     Thanks for peaking!

Counting down!

Hello everyone!
I wanted to show you another quick card made from a kit from Stampin' Up.Just like the previous post, this comes with everything you need to make about 20 cards. The tree cutouts, flag, cards and envelopes and embossed matting were all part of the kit. I added the ribbon, the bling and the washi tape.
Cards are mailed, presents are wrapped and now the count down begins! On to baking and candy making! Still wishing for a white Christmas, but I don't see it happening here. Thanks for visiting me!

Christmas is coming!

Hey Ya'll!

I can't believe Christmas is almost here! Time seems to be traveling at light speed for me lately. My Daughter's birthday is on Monday, and I have been crocheting a Cowl and Fingerless Gloves for her. She saw them in a store recently and was admiring them,so even though it may not get cold enough for her to wear them here, I thought "Why not"!
This set of cards were made from the Cut Above Christmas Card Kit  from CTMH.It comes with everything you need to make ten cards. I did punch more snowflakes out of the silver on the cards with no reindeer using Martha Stewart punches. I only made eight for this set, and shared two of them with friends.  I made a box for them using the Envelope Punch Board and a tool I found  athttp://www.thecraftyowl.co.uk/boxbuster/ called the Box Buster and used an idea I got from http://www.jennifermcguireink.com. for the ribbon on the box  I hope you enjoy the free "tool" and thanks for peeking!
